Attention: Are we learning to learn?

Just a nice post at Otter Group quoting Friedman and the Flat World! This is food for thought. Are we fostering a hunger for learning in our libraries? Do we call ourselves a “learning organization” but always seem to be grinding our wheels in resistance to change? Do librarians on your staff say NO to new methods and new services and new ways to interact?
