    Happy anniversary!

    Someone sent me here so that I could notify you about my public library charging for online reserves. Here is the link for the library system: http://www.bcplonline.org/. Click Card & Catalog, Reserve/Place a Hold, enter a subject, then you’ll see that the library charges for online reserves.

    Interestingly, it’s free if a patron calls to reserve a book.
