		<description>There's some bookstores that do this as well.  Powell's in Portland puts up a lot of reviews/recommendations.  To tell the truth, most public libraries I've been in will have a separate table with recommendations or the like.  I believe they avoid actually putting it on the shelf since unlike most stores the contents of the shelves shift a lot.</description>
