Our website is like the volunteer run branch that is staffed by feral cats, floods every year and is visited by library management once in a blue moon and still the URL goes on everything we produce. we did make an exception for the checkout receipts - they say something like 'renew your books online - login at this address [website]'. who gets signoff on publicity material? keep sending it back until it includes the essentials - including the library website. good luck.
