		<description>I so agree with this.  Everyday, I see librarians and library assistants not willing to take responsibility for the simplest things.  They are even unwilling to tell patrons how many items they can check out just in case that particular patron is the rare exception to the rule.  It is crazy.  In order for us to provide patrons with the best experience, we have to step up to the plate, make decisions and then take responsibility for those decisions.</description>
