		<description>Yes, the sign is dramatic.  It helps covers up the serious problem of adults viewing pronography in public libraries then raping or molesting children as a result.  Pronography in public libraries can and should be restricted from any library computer, although the ALA, the ACLU, and their local acolytes would say otherwise and sometimes defy or sidestep local laws to make it happen.  So allowing pronography in "adult" computers but keeping children out of the adult areas still exposes children to risks.  The dramatic sign helps to cover up those risks.</description>
