		<description>You forgot "The Library Faculty Council needs to forward this to the Web Services Team, that will send it off to Systems, who will send it back to Web Services, that will then send it to the Dean Technology Advisory Committee,back to Web Services, then back to the full Faculty Committee, who usually sends it back to the Library Faculty Council."

I call it the "Circle of Strife".</description>
