Kansas City Public Library had a key fob card option - you had a choice as to which one to get. Pretty cool.

We have key fob cards at Columbus (Ohio) Metropolitan Library. Customers reserve and use computers with their cards, check themselves out, and can access their accounts from any internet computer. Customers can pay fines online, etc.

Hasn't Starbucks had free wifi access for a long time?
