It will be exciting to see what you uncover in your research. It's been amazing to watch the program explode and the Yarra Plenty Regional Library was the first to see the potential in replicating it. They have done an amazing job of bringing to libraries down under and Australian libraries as a whole have really been pioneers with type of staff learning. woot!
