		<description>I completely agree with your assessment of this as a must-read, Michael. Having heard excited comments from colleagues about Char Booth&#039;s presentation at ACRL, I grabbed this and read it cover to cover in one sitting. She does such a good job of articulating what many of us have probably suspected, that generalizations across students according to generations are not always accurate, and that our own users may likely have established their own norms for how they use and perceive services and tools based on technology. Highly recommended.</description>
