What an exciting project! I am also very interested in the specifics. You mentioned the availablility of a high quality jpeg of your reorganization structure. I would love to share it with staff here. We are discussing the reorganization of our picture book collections. I consider these books the ‘last frontier’ when it comes to making library collections browsable. Thanks for sharing your process and results!
