The best thing about this sign is that it gets to the point and explains the why behind the policy. Once people know the reason, they’re often more conscious of moderating their own behavior (right?). So much better than a sign that just basically says “GO AWAY.”
And the “seriously” adds a funny emphasis. Maybe “GO AWAY (seriously)” would be okay.
