That looks like a dutch digital display (http://www.digitale-etalages.nl/digitale-etalages.nl/welkom.html). You can see a demonstration of this system on vimeo: http://vimeo.com/5210660

You can also view a longer explanation from the creator on http://vimeo.com/7684966 Unfortunately it is in Dutch, so it will be a bit hard to understand. But I guess you can get the idea.

    Kind regard,

  • That is indeed a 32″ touch screen showing a digital display window that is designed at DOK Concept Library System for h2 interactive.

We are currently testing an almost fully functional prototype in the library itself. You can swipe through a predefined serie of books, DVD’s, games, etc. and select one of them for more information; for example a short video, review or summary. In the final version it will be possible to make a reservation for the book as well.
